Welcome to Her Rise Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By accessing our website, purchasing our services, participating in a program or consulting engagement, downloading a digital product, or hiring Her Rise Co. in any capacity, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Services Provided

Her Rise Co. provides:

operations consulting

systems & automation implementation

AI and workflow optimization

business infrastructure design

strategic advisory

digital/technical solutions

custom-built company operating systems (Executive OS Freedom Framework)

educational and training resources

Service descriptions may be updated or expanded over time.

2. Eligibility

You confirm that you:

are over 18 years old

are legally able to enter into a binding agreement

are engaging Her Rise Co. for business-related purposes

3. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, automation systems, tools, documents, templates, training, frameworks, workflows, and AI models created by Her Rise Co. remain the intellectual property of Her Rise Co., unless explicitly and formally transferred.

This includes:

AI agents

automation flows

Notion/ClickUp/Airtable systems

custom GPTs

dashboards

tracking systems

scripts

messaging frameworks

prompts

internal documents

You may not:

resell

republish

redistribute

copy and pass off as your own

license to others

without written permission.

4. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with your services, as outlined during booking, signature, or checkout.

Payment must be completed:

upfront
or

according to agreed payment schedule

Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Confidentiality

All client information, data, and operational insights are confidential.
Her Rise Co. will not share sensitive or proprietary information outside of the service context.

Likewise, clients agree not to share any proprietary processes, tools, or internal methodologies of Her Rise Co.

6. No Outcome Guarantee — Except Where Explicitly Stated

Business outcomes are influenced by many factors including:

execution

adherence to guidance

market conditions

internal team readiness

resource allocation

operational availability

Therefore, we do not guarantee financial results — except where explicitly stated in our Time-Savings Guarantee below.

7. Results Guarantee & Refund Policy (Time-Savings Guarantee)

Her Rise Co. guarantees that results are typical for clients who actively implement our systems and utilize our Executive OS Freedom Framework.

You are entitled to a full refund if hiring our services does not save you 10+ hours per week within 30 days or less, subject to the following conditions:

Proof Required for Guarantee Qualification

You must provide:

1. Proof of implementation

Demonstrated usage of our:

strategies

technologies

workflows

recommended practices

2. Pre-implementation time baseline

Hours saved are calculated against your documented workload BEFORE working with Her Rise Co.

3. Standard time reference

Time savings may be evaluated using:

submitted time logs

typical admin execution rates

VA/EA task completion averages

or industry-standard administrative time metrics

4. Verified time tracking

You must submit evidence through time tracking programs such as:

Toggl

Clockify

Harvest

Hubstaff

built-in organizational tools

5. Task replacement validation

For every task replaced by automation or AI:

proof must show the prior time spent on the task

proof must show the implementation of our replacement system

Refund Enforcement & Aftermath

If a refund is approved:

all AI agents

automations

workflows

connections

and system access

implemented by Her Rise Co. will be immediately removed.

Intellectual Property Post-Refund

All system builds remain the property of Her Rise Co. by default.

You may request permanent ownership transfer of certain assets, however:

approval is on a case-by-case basis

Her Rise Co. is relieved of all ongoing support

Her Rise Co. has no maintenance, optimization, or adaptation obligation

ownership transfer converts the asset to as-is condition

Good-Faith Requirement

This guarantee does not apply if:

you do not implement the systems

you refuse to follow guidance

you ignore install procedures

you disable automations

you cause operational barriers

you selectively use only portions of the framework

you limit Her Rise Co. access to systems needed to implement

This guarantee is to protect committed clients — not passive ones.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to any scheduled session.

No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit the session credit.

A rescheduling request made in good faith with proper notice will be accommodated when possible.

9. Liability Limitation

You agree that Her Rise Co. is not liable for:

business losses

revenue variation

missed opportunities

reputation impact

indirect or consequential damages

You assume full responsibility for your business decisions.

10. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms at any time.
Your continued use of services implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Disputes will be handled in Colorado jurisdiction.
